A breakthrough is a moment in time when everything changes. When the impossible becomes possible and you act on it.
Tony Robbins

The amazing Tony Robbins is offering the Comeback Challenge, a FREE seven-day online training to help people get back on track with their goals and plans, which might have been postponed due to the pandemic.

The Comeback Challenge, which kicked off last Tuesday, June 23, is a live interactive training streamed through Zoom and Facebook. Those who can’t join the live session can access the videos through the Facebook Group created for the event. I’m not sure how long each session is supposed to be but the first day was over 3 hours and the second day is about 90 minutes long. Like most of his training I’ve seen on Youtube and Netflix, it was highly energetic and interactive, so you don’t really notice the time.

Aside from providing the training for free, Tony also promised to donate 20 meals to the charity organization Feeding America in the name of each participant. And if that’s not enough, there are Challenges given every session where participants will have the opportunity to win incredible prizes, including access to Tony’s personal development programs.

Change your story, change your life.

The first session focused on stories: The stories we tell ourselves that are stopping us from fully pursuing our dream life; and gaining clarity about our ideal story, the life of passion and purpose that we are dreaming of.

Breakthroughs often come from what you thought was a breakdown.

My favorite takeaway from the session is about breakthroughs. Breakthroughs can be triggered by something exciting and inspiring but it can also be triggered by painful experience, problem, or frustration. It can be triggered by something profound but it can also be triggered by something simple like a movie, a book, a song or a conversation. Or in my case, probably a combination of fear and uncertainty from the lockdown and the need to escape from my negative thoughts and BOREDOM.

The most important point that he said is that when the moment of breakthrough happens, you have to act on it. We all have those moments of clarity and inspiration, but we don’t always follow through, so nothing happens. Breakthrough only happens when we invest the time, effort, commitment and passion to create something extraordinary.
